§1

Where every lamport goes

There is no treasury and no emission schedule. The only money in the system is the creator fee pump.fun pays on each trade, and it is split two ways.

  1. I

    A trade

Anyone buys or sells $OLDMONEY on pump.fun, before or after it graduates.

  2. II

    The creator fee

pump.fun pays the coin's creator fee on that trade. It lands in the vault wallet. The dev keeps none of it.

  3. III

    90% to seniority

Every hour the keeper reads every holder, multiplies balance by rank weight, and sends SOL pro rata.

  4. IV

    10% to the pot

Held for the Last In clock. When it runs out, the last qualifying buyer is paid the pot.

§2

Seniority is the whole game

Your payout is your balance times your rank weight. Rank comes from how long you have held without a single sell. Buying more averages your clock down; selling anything sends it to zero.

SOL

Sell one token and it drops to 0.009 SOL, until you have held for 7 days again.

An estimate from the numbers you set. Volume can go to zero and so can this.

§3

Last In

Ten percent of every fee goes into the pot. Each buy of 0.25 SOL or more puts the clock back to 60:00 and makes that buyer the Last In. If an hour passes with no qualifying buy, the Last In takes the pot.

    The ledger

Every wallet, ranked by how old its money is. On launch this table reads from the chain and every payout links to its transaction. Until then it shows an imagined day 41.

    §5Disclosure

    Yes, this is a ponzi.
It says so on the label.

    1. 01

      Late money pays early money.

Every SOL paid out came from someone else's trade. If trading stops, payouts stop.

    2. 02

      Payouts come only from fees.

No treasury, no emissions, no promised APY. The vault can only pay what pump.fun paid into it.

    3. 03

The dev is not in the payouts.

The dev wallet and the vault are excluded from seniority and from the pot, and both are public.

    4. 04

      The rules do not move.

Rank days, weights, the 90/10 split and the clock are fixed at launch and published here first.

    5. 05

You can lose all of it.

This is a meme coin with a payout game attached. Buy only what you would be fine losing.

    6. 06

      Check the math yourself.

Every payout run is posted with its transaction and the holder snapshot it used.

    Questions

    What exactly resets my clock?+

Any transfer out of your wallet: a sell, or sending tokens to another wallet. Moving to a new wallet starts that wallet at zero.

Can I hold one token for a month and then buy a lot?+

No. Your clock is weighted by balance. Buy 9x what you hold and your 30 days become 3. Old money has to be old money.

Where does the SOL come from?+

pump.fun's creator fee on every $OLDMONEY trade, before and after graduation. That fee is the only income the vault has.

    When are payouts sent?+

Every 60 minutes, to every wallet holding at least 200K tokens. Each run is posted with its transaction.

    Who can win the pot?+

A buy of at least 0.25 SOL resets the clock to 60:00 and makes that wallet the Last In. If no qualifying buy lands before 00:00, the Last In is paid the pot and a new round starts.

    Is it launched?+

Not yet. The contract address appears here, and only here, on launch day.
